Let me first start by saying "WOW" and "CONGRATULATIONS" on a job well done! The treatment we received by Abbey Master Builder was amazing and first class.  The fact that you take the time to get personally involved is incredible. 

Now let's talk about one of your Sales Consultant's...he helped us with everything from extensions to financing to making sure we were well looked after.  His knowledge of codes and standards was very impressive.  We have been bragging about Abbey's treatment of us to friends, family and co-workers.

Where to begin...
When we decided to build we already had Abbey in mind as we had several friends who had built with them already and were very happy.
From the first day we sat down to plan our home we feel that we had personalized treatment whether it was the office staff, the construction supervisor, the customer service manager, the general manager, or the owner himself; we really felt taken care of and that someone was looking out for us and our investment.

I would say we learned a lot and I believe I am correct in saying that most "difficulties" are brought on by the customers themselves. There were many things that we just didn't know and so we made assumptions, luckily where we went wrong Abbey was very accommodating. Now we have a beautiful home and we would not hesitate to build another with Abbey (in fact we will) and we would (and have) recommended Abbey to everyone we know. To everyone at Abbey Homes, THANK YOU.
